Modern Earth landscaped our entire property in the summer of 2015. Karl Jesske and his team had a blank canvas to work with as our property was brand new. We started with a wish list of ideas. Karl took those ideas and implemented them in a 3D landscape design. What he came up with far exceeded our expectations. We did not change a thing on that initial design. It was perfect. The 3D design gave us a very clear picture of what to expect. We could clearly envision what the yard would look like in the end.

After several weeks of hard work, the landscaping came to life and WOW! The end result was so true to the 3D design. We were extremely happy with everything. It was exceptional work completed by a hard working and talented crew. We couldn't be more proud to show the yard off and thoroughly enjoy.

We had grown tired of the up and down that our driveway did each season as well as the appearance. Despite having the concrete lifted it still moved up and down and was cracked in a few places.

We contacted Karl from Modern Earth about replacing our driveway with block pavers. We contacted several other companies as well. Karl's quote was the most comprehensive Karl described each step, the materials that would be used as well as explaining the need for each step and product.

Karl had lots of weather delays this year and was still struggling mid-summer to get jobs completed that were hold overs from last year. When he and his crew arrived, the project got started quickly. He had the courtesy to drop off a letter to each of our neighbours to outline the scope and timeline of the project. Our neighbours were impressed.

Once he started everything flowed. Every night the street was cleaned. Equipment was placed out of the way and safety cones were strategically placed. If the day's work involved lots of dust his crew went around our home and the adjacent neighbours to blow away any residual dust. Nice touch and appreciated by the neighbours.

The finished product is amazing. We are delighted each time we look out our windows or drive onto the driveway. It is an excellent addition to our home. I highly recommend Karl and Modern Earth.

3 summers in the making was well worth the wait. What Karl and his crew were able to create and the many obstacles they were able to overcome to give us the front and backyard of our dreams far exceeded our expectations.
